Display Last Name, First Name

I was just wondering if there is a way to display a director’s name as:

Last Name, First Name.

The names are correctly sorted in the list, so it is really just a matter of how they are displayed. Is there a simple, global setting for that?

You can change something on the global level in Tools > Options:
