Two entries should be added, this is available in:
A) Foil, advertised as Qty 25, foil numbered as /30 in upper-left
B) Metal, advertised as Qty 15, foil numbered as ? in upper-left
I do not have the metal cover, so I cannot confirm foil numbering. Cover art is identical.
Artist Proofs (Foil Numbered AP# in ascending number,) also exist but are not currently available on the market. Apologies for the photo skew, these reflective issues are a nightmare for bad photographers like myself.
