I don’t know what I did but I did something wrong. My Collector and Connnect have lost of doubles entries. is there a way to fix this or just start the delete process? thanks
Method 1:
You can use menu Tools > Maintenance > Find Duplicates in Collector to find dupes and remove them.
Method 2:
Alternatively you could add the column for “Date Added” and see which day they were added, sort by that, to see if you can make sense of them, and remove the doubles.
Method 3:
Even more alternatively you could click menu Tools > Maintenance > Restore Database, and restore one (that has the right number of albums)
If you do the restore, you do need to perform extra steps to be in sync again (namely Clear Cloud and then sync).
