Hi, when searching by ISBN, I can’t enter the value manually, I can only enter one character, not 10 or 13.
Sorry, this is for the mobile app, on android, on both my phones (an S10 and an S24).
I trying now, i have the same problem on android app, scanning the code with camera it’s ok, if i try to type with the keyboard, only 1 number it’s allowed, not more
So, you can’t type in more than one character, but you can paste in a full ISBN…
Any comment from the support team?
It’s a pity that there is no answer from anyone at CLZ. It seems that they only answer the topics that suit them ![]()
i just tried again, still there the problem, i can put only 1 number, not the complete isbn…
Same here. Tried anyone to raise a ticket with support?
@CLZ_Alwin???
This was not the case, I promise. I usually pick up all new forum tickets within 24 hours - but I was gone for a while and some posts slipped through and didn’t show up anymore for us. I am thinking of ways where we can be better on top of things so this doesn’t happen anymore. My apologies.
My apologies. This post really slipped through the cracks. We’ve had this bug (android bug only) on our bugboard for a couple months (it was actually not trivial to fix) - but finally released a fix this week!
The fix can be found in version 10.2.2 for Android.
You can read the update notes here:
Your app may have updated itself already (check the menu top left, the version number is at the top).
If it hasn’t updated itself yet, here’s how to force the update:
- On your device, open the Play Store app.
- Search “CLZ” and select your CLZ app.
- Tap “Update” to update the app.
Can you please let me know if that worked or not?
The new version indeed alows for typing the ISBN manually. Thanks for updating us @CLZ_AJ
Working now , thanks🙏
Thanks for letting me know that made it work again for you ![]()
