I have found either an error in the year listed in the core or a missing issue of the comic colon: Eagle #1 from crystal comics. The year and core says 1971. The issue I have says September of 1986.
Fixed! This series was renamed to “Eagle (Crystal Comics)” with #17-23 moved to “Eagle (Apple Comics)” Thank you for posting
