Would like a box to set the resolution of a file. With so many different file types it would be nice to know what the resolution is of your file without having to open the file.
For files I use the Format field. I create formats like:
2160p, 1080p, 720p, 480p, 480i, 576p, 576i
And for psychical discs I still use a User Defined Field in Desktop for this. But there I use different values:
You could also use Tags for this to store the resolution. If you don’t go for exact resolutions like 1920x800, but just for 1080p, it is manageable.
Thanks for the suggestions. I still like using the format field for the actual format (DVD, Blu-Ray etc) Maybe I will try using tags. Thanks
