It would be useful to know at a glance which comics have performed well and which were bad investments. Since I keep track of the price I pay for every comic that information is already tracked. I would think this should be a relatively easy thing to expose.
So a view of all comics, or in stats or something that only compares your filled in Purchase Price versus the Value?
(it strongly depends if you filled in a Purchase Price of course, as you say you do)

I’ve taken note (we’ve gotten similar requests in the past) - for sorting it it would become an actual field part of the comic (that gets filled in automatically) I think.
And it has to be abundantly clear that the field uses the value field versus purchase price field (to avoid confusion for users who just see an empty field 
but that is up to the design!)
