My account recently expired, but I have since renewed my subscription. I already have a number of films stored in the cloud. However, the new films I am adding are displaying an “X,” indicating that they are not in my collection.
I have cleared the database on the mobile app and performed a new resync, but the issue persists.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this matter?
Most likely you’ve (accidentally?) set your Add Movies button to “Add as not in collection” (gray color).
In the add screen when you find a movie, the “Add” button has a little triangle where you can choose if you want to add it with collection status “in collection” or “not in collection” or something else.
It should be marked as “in collection” if you want to add it as "in collection.
(for movies with the X, you can just tap them, then tap on the X in details, change it to “In Collection” and you’re good).
I was wondering, would you be willing to post a nice review for the CLZ Movies app in the iOS App Store or the Google Play Store?
It only takes a minute and would help us tremendously!
(in the App/Play Store, apps with more reviews and ratings get listed better in the search results)
Here’s how to post your review for CLZ Movies:
On your phone or tablet, tap one of the links below to open the App/Play Store entry:
Scroll down to the “Rate this app” / “Ratings & Reviews” section
Then tap “Write a review”.
Not sure what to write? Just tell us your CLZ story, about your collection, about how you use the CLZ app, your favorite features, why you like the app, your customer support experience, etc…
No time to write a review right now?
Just a nice star rating is very helpful too! Your rating and/or review helps us to ensure CLZ stays ahead of the competition.
