Is there a way to filter by multple formats? For example, Vinyl and CD at the same time, but omitting MiniDisc?

There is not. A system to have a filter with “NOT” items in there is on the feature request list (no promises).

Can I ask the use case for your situation? Some real life examples and why you would want to see them?

I’d like to generate an image of all my CD and vinyl covers, excluding MiniDiscs. You may remember helping me previously with creating an image of my covers.

Also, in CLZ Music Web I currently classify my SACDs under the CD format. I’m considering separating them into distinct CD and SACD formats, even though they’re stored together physically. This would allow me to filter and view CDs and SACDs independently when needed on the website.

I could also see this as useful, for example to select al my digital music (CD, Files, SACD) without showing vinyl.

If you’re not using Tags, they can be useful for this sort of exercise. For example I have tagged all by CDs, SACDs, and downloaded Files as “Digital”. I can then filter by Tag>Format. Not as convenient as your suggestion, but workable.
