Finding what Trade Paperbacks an Issue is found in

I’m hoping that there is a way to quickly identify and tag issues with what trade paperbacks they are collected in. Any ideas?

I am afraid I do not see a simple solution for that.
Maybe use a Tag? In the Edit screen, on the Personal tab, you can set Tags.

Then in the main screen of the app, you can use Tag folders to find all issue with the same tag set.
