Hello and good afternoon. I noticed on Batman Vol. 3, #92 B cover, it does not have the first cover appearance of Punchline. I do not know if that is still a classification for key comics. If not please disreguard.
Well technically it is but there is a 1:25, One Per Store and a SDCC Foil with her on the cover. So naming all of them 1st cover app defeats the purpose of the 1st cover naming. Example: If a character makes his 1st cover on the A cover and on all of the 100 exclusives, would that still count? In my opinion a 1st cover only counts when it’s one cover done by 1 artist (this includes newsstands & covers that share the cover art ). Hope this answers your question
