Barcode 5016012001015 is for the Atari ST version of James Pond 2: Codename Robocod, however it is currently attached to the DOS version of Horror Zombies from the Crypt. Interestingly both were published by Millenium, so there may be a chance that they accidentally reused the same barcode. I can’t find any images of Horror Zombies that show the barcode to confirm or deny.
