I see that there are entires for Incentive Ratio Variants for some of these Giant Size books, but my LCS says that they’re not seeing those as options. I know #158 went to a 2nd print. I’m assuming that’s what the C & D entries are for. What are the other issues covers outside of the A & B that I’d expect? We have more 2nd prints announced?
