It looks like 142 and 142A are duplicates.
Also, I’m not finding a glow in the dark version of 142 (indexed as 142J).
Big Time Collectibles does have a glow in the dark version of Batman ‘89: Echoes #2 (barcode 76194137691200241).

Thanks. That addressed the first half. Are you finding information to suggest that 142J is correctly indexed? There is a glow-in-the-dark version of Batman '89: Echoes #2 that uses the same cover as 142J. I’m not finding a g-i-t-d edition of 142, though. So unless you have reason to believe otherwise, I think 142J should be removed and a new variant to Echoes #2 should be added.

It’s a variant of Echoes #2, not #1. Barcode 76194137691200241. That wasn’t there when I first made my post.
So now I believe that 1G and 2D are duplicates, and it should be 2D.

Well, shoot. I just got a glow-in-the-dark Batman 142 in the mail. It does exist! But the cover is slightly off from what you had.
So we have Batman Echoes 2D. Below are updated/corrected scans. You have the correct barcode.
And now Batman, Vol. 3 #142 (a missing variant). Barcode 76194134182814271. Limited to 500 per the COA.
