X-Factor issue # 38 has the covers swapped for 38A and 38C. The 38A should be the 1.00 cover, and the 38C should be the 1.50 cover.
I checked but it looks like the $1.50 is the normal cover price as it matches the price of the newsstand. This is also the case for the previous and the next issue. I also checked ebay and the $1.50 is the most common one.
