Searching for actor Richard Dysart finds 3 entries. The first two seem to be duplicates, except that one is Richard A. Dysart and one is Richard Dysart. His middle name is Allen, so the first entry is technically correct. However, IMDb just lists him as Richard Dysart. I don’t know about the third entry since IMDb does include other Richard Dysart entries.
