When searching for Mad Nurse, one entry comes up, for the C64.
However within this entry there are four editions.
Three of these editions (the default EU and US releases and the barcode ending 270) are for the ZX Spectrum version. Only the edition with barcode ending 990 is the C64 version.
I suggest deleting the two Default releases (there is no evidence that this was ever released in the US, and there is no need for a default EU entry when there is a correct barcoded edition) and move the edition with barcode ending 270 into a new ZX Spectrum entry in the database.
