Are Marvel Boy, Vol. 2 #1B and 1C duplicates? It looks like there are various signed editions. CovrPrice has the 4000-count edition and a signed limited to 1500. It does look like to the image to 1B is signed.
The back cover to 1B is showing as the COA. 1C doesn’t have a back cover listed. 1C does show a barcode listed in the Core.
I don’t see a barcode in my copy…
