The following issues (none of which have variants) have their issues numbers listed incorrectly to include the legacy numbering as a variant. They should all have the variant removed.

I think you’re missing something. Did you do a update from Core?
I did. I found that I had to delete these issues from my database and re-add them to get the number to show correctly. Same for the Peter Parker Spider-Man number change. The rest of changes synchronized without a problem.
