There were two games called “Time Traveller” released for the Commodore 64.
One was a graphic adventure by Radarsoft originally released in 1984:

The other was a lightgun game released by Mindscape in 1989:

Currently in Core these both appear to be under the same game entry.
Two of the editions, both marked as US editions, appear to be the Radarsoft game (though the attached image is of the Audiogenic-published UK release of that game, so not actually the US versions).
The “Default EU edition” and the “Alternate Cover” edition appear to be the Mindscape release.
