[Fixed] Tomb of Dracula, Vol. 1 #45

I’d recommend making Tomb of Dracula, Vol. 1 #45B minor. It’s almost 30 years after the original.

Also, I would think the A and C versions should have the same status. The regular version is major but the Mark Jewelers is minor?

I don’t know enough about the characters to argue either way, but I think they should both be the same.
