[Fixed] Young Romance series to be split into two series

Young Romance is in core as all being Feature Publications, from 1-208, but in reality, issues 1A-124 should be Feature Publications publisher, with issues 39-117 having an imprint of Prize Group
and issues 1B & 125A & B - 208 being separated out with publisher DC Comics and no imprint.

i tried to do this manually, but i cannot figure out how to separate the two groups into two different series.
