Way to update In Phone App instead of “Unlinking” on web Long as game is in your Database
If you Delete the Game name, then press Back it will ask u to save or discard your current changes
u say save it will remove the game name.
the reason why i dont think this was intended is if u go the normal way and press Done it states u cant save with no name. but this does allow you to Re pull all data from the Barcode and i think should be a function.

Also another Small bug the Update from Core “Front Cover” set to replace Does not work
Since if u state Replace it should replace the current one that is there it wont unless i delete it first
EDIT: “Update from Core Settings” NM this seems to be happenig only with games u pick your cover for when adding since it AUTO sets to custom cover when u pick one when adding the game, Never noticed this before thought picking from the Selection when adding a game would not tick Custom…
Saving without a name is not possible (and should not be possible if you do find a way to do that), and if you hit back and hit “save” it should just reinstate the name. This is intended (not being able to remove the title), the messaging is just a bit off (could be more clear in this specific and exact case indeed). I’ve taken note.
Update “from barcode” is not possible. Updating is done via an internal Game ID connected to a game in our Core online game database (and edition that might be under that game). This is done to make sure it grabs the right data.
Barcodes can and are present for multiple editions and even accross multiple platforms for the same game. So that is why we do it through an internal Game ID.
As for cover: The Custom toggle is set automatically:
if you pick one from your camera roll or make a picture.
if you go from “Add Games” screen and “unrecognized barcode” and you pick a cover, this is a cover you pick from our Google Image search… so that is indeed a Custom cover because it is not one you get from our Core. In fact, when you pick it, it doesn’t even go to Core automatically. So that is really a custom cover!
If a game cover is set to custom, the Update from Core will NEVER overwrite the cover. This is also intentional, but I think you understand
Thanks for the info and from the video u can see i did remove the title it was missing once i went back into the game after using the back save format

so then what does the Unlink do then ?
and would it be possible to do the same thing on the app instead of having to go to the web app ?
