Get message says need subscription

Today I keep getting a message saying subscription expired I clicked manage it and nothing happens
Looking at my account I tried click restore purchase and it says it’s been restored but still can’t add anything or do anything

I have also tried changing my subscription from 1.79 a month to pay yearly and click to pay through Apple Pay and still does not work yet if I go into my account it says subscribed

Hi @Coffee70 , when I check your account in our system it looks like all is good, including the yearly subscription.

Can you try this:

  • open the menu top left, and scroll to top.
  • tap on your username and log in again.
  • does it change the subscription status for you now in your menu?

If not, let me know and I will dive further into it.
