There is an abnormal price hike for Green Arrow #28 (see below link).
There is only one higher sale $40.00 - 03/29/25 | 9.0 which seems out of place (either a slab crept in there or another variant). Unless of course someone overpaid massively 
Maybe you can look into it and avert another crisis
