I do a Series search for “Harley Quinn, Vol 2” and I see issue #28A listed and it has the correct cover I want. But, when I add that issue to my database, it gets added under “Harley Quinn and Deadshot”, not under “Harley Quinn, Vol 2” .
What’s weirder is that if I go to the “Harley Quinn and Deadshot” series that is already in my database, and I click on “Find missing comics”, it brings up the “Harley Quinn, Vol 2” issues.
There is no “Harley Quinn and Deadshot” listed in Core. Is it possible you RENAMED an existing series?
I suppose it’s possible, but I don’t recall ever renaming any series. That must have been how it was originally imported when I first added it awhile ago. Looking online, it appears that “Harley Quinn and Deadshot” is a 1-off Walmart exclusive.
This problem seems to be related to my other post: Find Missing Comics... DOESNT, the CLZ series ID for both series is the same - 52053.
More info - I grabbed the barcode from my entry of “Harley Quinn and Deadshot” #1 (728192484490) and did a fresh search for it in the Add Comics screen, and it finds “Harley Quinn, Vol 2” #21C (which has the same cover, which is similar but slightly different than #21A) .
I deleted the “Harley Quinn and Deadshot” comic and series, and re-added the barcode fresh, and now it’s under “Harley Quinn, Vol 2”
Just to be sure, you’re problem is solved am I correct?
It appears the issue you referred to initially (the Harley Quinn and Deadshot Walmart comic) has been placed as a variant to the series Harley Quinn, Vol. 2, issue 21C.
Yes. It should have been a variant in Vol 2, I don’t know why it was added as it’s own separate series. Weird. But things are good now.
