How can I import "Private"" collections from lost phone?

Hello—I have several collections on my Pixel phone that was lost.

I set up laptop CLZ, but collections marked “Private”"

Can I import those collections without my phone??

Can you show me how you see they’re marked as “Private”? I’m having trouble understanding this in order to try and help out..
