When I look at statistics is says it shows price paid and cover price for all my books but the cover price list has 2 books less than price paid list. Is there any quick way to find out which two books don’t have a cover price listed?

Yes, go to All Comics (at the top of your Series folders), so ALL comics display in a flat list.
Note: you may want to tap this icon and switch to LIST view:
Then tap the AZ sort button top right, and make it sort by “Cover Price” (ascending), so arrow UP).
Then hit Apply, and at the top your comics with the lowest cover price will appear (and on top of those, the ones with no cover price filled in).

Tap the AZ sort button again and switch back to “Series A-Z, then issue” to go back to regular sorting.
