How to submit combined subtitles?

Purely by accident I found a dual subtitle track on 1 of my movies:

The Dutch subtitles track contains only Dutch, the second ‘French’ subtitles track contains French on the first row and Dutch on the second row. I have only seen this in theaters once: in Brussels. I guess there are more movies that use this Dual technique.

How to submit this? How do you want to store it in Core? Just Dutch and French? Or something like: Dutch + French/Dutch

We don’t store combined or duplicate languages in our subtitle language list.
You can simply add them as “Dutch” and “French.”
