I don’t have an “authenticator” app

It’s been a while since I logged in. I don’t know what “authenticator app” they are talking about. I can’t get into my account to sync. Please help

You must have activated this yourself at some time (perhaps when we introduced it back in 2023?)
This is not something that is enabled spontaneously.

Do you not have an authenticator app on your mobile phone? Search for authenticator and see if you can see the code? The code is different every minute, you just need to get your current code from your Authenticator app.
