I have entered my book collection with Author forenames first but now want to change to surname first. How do I do that?

I have entered my book collection Author forename first but want to change to Author Surname first. How do I do that? Also I would like to change the name of the database - how do I do that?

Go to menu “Tools > Options”
The click “Sorting/AutoCap/Index”
Then check the box for “Show Sort Names for Persons”

As for changing the name of the database:
Click menu “File > Save Database As” and save it with a new name.
