I just wonder.. I have forgotten my PW to CLZ music on my phone and wonders a little, on my PC I use my account number ***431 but on my phone my mail adr. allan@lxxxxxxxxx.it and i don’t think pw is the same.. Is there seperate PW on web app and android app ? and how do i reset only on my phone, the app was automatic migrated to my new phone.. but with no pw and no albums !!
I’ve split of your topic from the one from 2025 as I feel it is unrelated to that topic, and it should’ve been its own topic. No worries - but I thought that would be better so all users in that topic didn’t get “email notifications” on your password problem

You can either log in with your email or your account number. The password is the same.
I’ve checked, and you only have one account, and it corresponds with the email/account number you mention in your post.

Use the NEW account details to unlock the CLZ app(s).
