I’ve noticed two errors

First error : List of issues is incorrect. Under “have” it is missing issues that are clearly in my collection.

Second error : this cover artist listed for spawn 346 shows different cover artists for the color version and the black and white version.

Can you be more specific for the first error?

2nd error: Did you update from Core? and set it to allow to replace? We don’t have it in Core like that

For the first problem where the “Have” list is not showing the correct information, can you please

  • make sure you’ve synced with CLZ Cloud
  • Let me know in which of your collections this series is present because when I checked your data in Cloud today, I noticed Amazing Spider-Man, Vol. 6 in several of your collections, so it is hard to verify and check what is going on for me.

Update from core fixed issue 2

Clz_AJ the collection in question is the Spider-Man collection. I’m not sure why any Spider-Man comics would be showing in any of the other collections…that’s concerning.

The “My Comics” collection holds a couple of Spider-Man series as well.

In any case, when checking your “Spider-Man” collection on Cloud, it showed me this:

If you reboot your phone/tablet, and open the app, does it still show it wrong for you? Can you please post a full size screenshot of what you see?

Sorry for the late reply but here is what I see. And this is after several restarts. Asm volume 6 is incorrect in the issues I have on the left side.

On your screenshot right now in ASM6 I’m seeing this:

and on the right hand side I’m seeing issues 65 through 68.

That is correct with the last bit there.

But indeed you also own issues 55 for instance, and 57. So that is weird.

  • I’ve taken the liberty of grabbing your database and put it on a test device here.

On my test device it looks good:

I want to recommend doing a re-sync:

**On your iPad: **

  1. Tap the top left side menu icon to open the side menu.
  2. Tap “Maintenance” and then tap “Clear Database”.
  3. Tap the top left side menu icon again to open the side menu.
  4. Tap “Sync with CLZ Cloud” and sync your entire collection from CLZ Cloud down to your mobile device.

Is it okay then?
