Import changes made in Mobile app into Web-based program

I know I can sync the Mobile app with the Web version.
What I’d like to do is the reverse.
If I make changes to the database in the Mobile App, how would I get them imported into the Web version?

The Sync with the CLZ Cloud does both.
It syncs local changes up TO the CLZ Cloud and it syncs cloud-side change down FROM the CLZ Cloud.
