Impossible to login to CLZ Movies

Hello to you at CLZ Movies,

I have been using CLZ (2 apps) for my movie collection for many years. Today I have been unable to login, whatever I try.

  1. Which username should I use to log into my account: my email address or my user name -I find it confusing to have two.
  2. All attempts to reset my password have failed me.
  3. I then deleted all my username/password records in my Mac Keychain (there are 4 different combinations -also confusing) . I did this in order to start with one new username and password combination.
  4. I have not een able to do this either and I don’t know where to go from here.
  5. Please help me make a fresh and simple start to my login process.

Hi Normann,

I am sorry to hear you are having problems logging in to your app.

You can login with your username or email address.
If you don’t remember the password of your CLZ Account, you can reset it here:

That should really work, that is, IF you use the correct email address (same as your Club CLZ email address).

Hi Alwin, good to hear from you and congratulations with the constant evolution of the app over many years. Thanks with the login help. My requirements are totally basic and I must say that I struggle at times with all the options.

I am in the process of migrating from my old to my new iMac. Do you have a set of instructions for this, please?

If you are using CLZ Movies Web, there is nothing to migrate.
That is THE main advantage of the Web based software :slight_smile:

On the new Mac, just log in to the software at app.clz.com and go.

Thanks, and of course I should have known this. So the mobile app doesn’t need migrating either…..smart system.
