Why does the program that you download to you mobil remove evry time you restart you phone

The question posted is a bit too vague for me to actually reply.
If you download say a CLZ mobile app to your Android or iPhone, from the Play Store or App Store, it should just remain on your phone of course.
Could you explain to me:
- which app is this about exactly? What is the exact name?
- what kind of device do you have?
- if you download any other app, does it save correctly to your phone after restarting (did you try a new app?)
The club clz app only has the problem the clz mobile works ok
And which kind of device exactly?

Your talking about the web app of this site that you can install on your phone. I have a Pixel Fold and I have restarted multiple times and has never deleted itself.
It does it evry time i restart my phone dont now why ore update my phone
We have tried it here on S23 but the bookmark just stays nicely on our Android homes.
I’m not sure what to suggest other than to go to Samsung and ask support there.
