Inventory for cd boxed up and in storage

I have a storage rack for about 1000 of my cd’s but also I’m going to start boxing the others soon. Is there a simple way to keep track of whats in the box? I would like to know what box and the contents of each,THANKS

Sure, that is what the Location field is for.

I’ve used the Location field for this very question and it works great. Get them all boxed and numbered and entered into the Location field, then you can run a report.
