Howdy. This has happened a few times, but never to this many that I can recall. I went into the sync screen in the app, and it said there were about 20 updates to download (which made sense as I had dome some stuff in the Web App) as well as 6000+ updates to upload from the iOS app to the cloud. I let it proceed (I didn’t think I had much of a choice), and now I’m very curious to know what it did. I went and looked at a few of the titles I’m pretty sure I saw scrolling by, but I don’t see anything that stands out. Is there any way to determine what was changed? What I’m concerned about is that I did something wrong using the iOS app that may have had some harmful effects I didn’t realize. Thanks for any help.
There is no way to see “what changed” - but if you run Update Values from CovrPrice, or Update Keys, or regular “update from core” - stuff can change, a lot of stuff can change.
Or.. say you were to modify a pick list item from one of your comics that is used in other comics too, it would trigger changes for all of them.
Say you go to Manage Pick Lists and you change the “format” name of “Comic” to “Comic Book” (you probably didn’t do this), but that would change ALL comics that have the format set to “Comic” >> to “Comic Book”.
So that might give you an idea as to what happened… but we can’t say for sure. Probably nothing to worry about.
I did do a CovrPrice update! Honestly, I forgot about it until you mentioned it. That would def explain it. Thank you.
Glad to hear it!
