In the desktop version of CLZ Music, it is possible to add and/or link digital music files
is this also possible in the WEB version?
It is not possible to link to local files on your computer.
And: It would be (security wise) really bad and probably blocked by your browser to let a website search for files on your local computer (can you imagine)
You can add web-links to files, say you grab a link to Spotify or Apple Music for that album, and put it in the Links section of your music album (in the edit album screen) - that could link you directly to the album like that.
Are we any closer to having a way of importing an export file from, for example, MP3tag? I know this was suggested when the Windows app “went to live on the farm”, but nothing ever came of it.
I’m not sure how this is related to the question if “adding digital music in web version” is possible - which it’s not.
We’re also not actively working on importing from an MP3tag program.
It is on the ideas list to somehow allow like a “text box” in the edit 1 album screen to paste like a list of tracks to add them to CLZ Music Web - but again, this has, and will, not have anything to do with adding digital music files to the web version (which is what this topic was about).
In short, my question to you would probably be: what exactly are you looking to do here? What would be the end result, @MercuryVapour ?
