After updating to the latest version of Movie Collector Pro, it stopped working. Even after following the Mac settings to allow the app to open, it still doesn’t work. Please help me. It used to work fine before. Its President will be the United Kingdom.
When I check your account, you don’t have access to the latest version (v20.2.2).
You only have access to version 18.
It could be that version 18 just doesn’t work anymore on macOS - but it’s so old that I can’t help you with that.
You could renew your license via https://my.clz.com and log in there.
BTW: I see you are still using the macOS edition of Movie Collector. All development on the macOS editions of our software has already been stopped and have been removed from sale since Feb 1, 2021.
