Main panels are blank on all browsers on PC


When I try to my browsers ( Chrome and Firefox ) I just get these blank sections. I know it’s something on my end because It works when I load it on my phone, but I can’t figure it out. Everything is updated and I even tried with disabling all my extensions but it still is empty. I was thinking of switching to the Mobile App but I’m just an old man who likes to work on PC over my phone or Ipad. Thanks if anyone can suggest something.

Do you use a VPN (and can you try without?)

If you use NordVPN, we’ve seen a spike in issues with that. Using NordVPN? See if you can try these as a test:

  • Disabling “Advanced Browsing Protection”, then restart your browser, and try again?
  • Turning off DNS filtering under My Threat Protection Pro, then restart your browser, and try again?

That was it. Paused my VPN ( NordVPN ) and they came back. Thank you i’ll just pause it when I need to attend to my collection.

So I just wanted to tip: I mentioned 2 specific NordVPN settings. One of those, disabled, should allow you to keep NordVPN switched ON, while using our website. Can you give that a try for me?

Having a similar issue, even when my NordVPN is inactive. Any help resolving this issue is appreciated.

Important: you have to restart your browser for these to work.

I also advice anyone having this problem to contact NordVPN (a couple of users already have, and for some they’ve already “elevated” the bug report there for investigation by their team)

We have found the problem: NordVPN was injecting code into what you see in your browser, making the loading just… stop.

In any case: we have found a fix for the problem and updated everything accordingly. You can enable everything in NordVPN again (if you disabled anything), and the CLZ Web apps will work again.

Can you give it a try and let me know?

I have retried logging in and still have the same issue. Note: my attempts have been on both PC and Mac, and using various browsers to no avail. In addition, logging in via my iPhone browser does not work either.

I’ve checked your account and it seems that the problem was something else for you: you were sorting (the order in which comics appear) on 5 fields:
Series, then issue, then storage box, then quantity, then notes.

This sorting doesn’t seem useful to me. I think Series, then issue, should be enough. So I’ve modified it for you now. Now everything loads again.
(the sorting on notes is the culprit, and I’ve reported the bug with the team here).
