The episodes are in the wrong order. Towards Zero is 1, Nemesis is 2, At Bertram’s Hotel is 3, and Ordeal by Innocence is 4. See the dates; Nemesis date is clearly wrong - I’m betting it was an August date given the other dates.

Series 3 was broadcast in Canada before the UK and in different episode orders. We get our episode data from IMDb, and they apparently use the Canadian order. Unfortunately, I can’t easily change this. Sorry about that.
