Hello!
We’ve created 50 Collections in our account, and we don’t seem to be able to create a 51st. We’ll eventually collapse about 40 of these Collections into one, but until then, we’d like to keep things separate. So is the maximum number of collections allowed in one account 50, or can we ask for permission to create further collections?
Thanks,
Pete
50 collection is a LOT.
Are you sure there is not a better way to do that separation, e.g. into Tag folders?
Definitely open to suggestions! We’re asking CLZ to manage well over 500 long boxes currently, all from different collections, either bought outright or taken in on consignment. So it’s nice to be able to have a tab for each collection. And we will be collapsing 40 of the collections into one collection tab shortly, which will relieve most of the congestion for a while. But we’re legitimately going to hit that 50-mark again before the year is up. (Figure we’re buying one collection a week.)
I’ll look into the Tag option, and if you have a strategy on how best to use it, I’m all ears.
Thanks,
Pete
Have you considered using ONE collection, then using Tags to indicate the categories you are making with collections now?
Then you can use Tag folders to split your collections into these groups.
