Can you explain what you mean with “can no longer access” - what happens if you try? Do you get error messages? Can you show me a screenshot of your Music Collector program? If you don’t know how to make a screenshot, here’s a page that explains how to:
That sounds like some kind of search or filter is active in your software.
Open the quick filter panel, top left. It has a red exclamation mark on the button probably, as it is active. The red icon indicates that the filter is active.
You can either:
Click “Reset Filters” at the bottom.
Or uncheck “Keep Active” and hide the quick filter panel.
If that’s not it can you check if you have a collection status filter active via menu Search > In Collection Status > ALL
And if that’s not it, check the bottom bar of your program, does it say a filter is on?
And lastly, please send a full size huge big screenshot of the entire program if it still doesn’t work. I want to see everything of Music Collector please!
Da die ganze Sache aber wohl doch nicht so einfach ist -
ich habe auch Teamviewer auf meiner Festplatte.
Ich würde mich sehr freuen wenn Sie davon Gebrauch machen würden.
Den Screenshot mit den vielen Feldern - kann ich nur mit Taskmanager loswerden.
sonst rürt sich nix.

Your screenshot shows the add/Link files screen. That is to scan your harddrive for music files to add albums and it Has nothing to do with just your collection.
Please click FILE > OPEN DATABASE and then see if you can find a .muc file.
