I have noticed that there are inconsistencies in the Mobil app vs the Web. The CLZ Web is not showing the same missing comics as the CLZ Mobil app. I made sure I did a sync but they are still off. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong. Thanks
Can you show me a screenshot of the differences on your mobile app versus the web app?
I might be able to shed some light on the situation, but I need some real examples from your collection, preferably as screenshots!

When I check the screenshots I see differences and discrepancies in the Series names as well - some of your series on web at least do not follow the series names we have in Core.
Therefor I think that some of your issues are in a double, or secondary version or other series, than they should be (as we may have fixed those, and those fixes did somehow make it to either your web or your mobile app but never to both).
I think this problem might be resolved if you’d update all your comic issues on Web (and use “Replace” on the SERIES field, and then use “Skip” on all other fields). And then do a complete fresh sync on mobile.
So if you’d like to follow that, you should do this:
- On Web, go to the All Comics folder
- Checkbox 1 comic, then click the “All” checkbox at the top.
- Click the 3 dots on the blue action bar, then click Update from Core
- Under “Leave as is” click “Select All”
- Then on the SERIES line, click “Replace”
- Make it go and wait for it to finish.
Now on mobile do this:
- Tap the top left side menu icon to open the side menu.
- Tap “Maintenance” and then tap “Clear Database”.
- Tap the top left side menu icon again to open the side menu.
- Tap “Sync with CLZ Cloud” and sync your entire collection from CLZ Cloud down to your mobile device.
Now compare the missing comics once again and I think they should be the same!
Hello, Thanks for all your help so far. I went ahead and ran the update doing a REPLACE on the Series field and SKIP on all others. It appeared to fix some issues but it created others. For example I now have three series’ created for Batman Arkham Unhinged. 16 comics are in one, 5 in an other, and 1 in the last. I also have some covers missing. See screen shot below. How should I fix this?

Hello, Just checking the status on this. It looks like it only affected a handful of series. I can manually remove and add the affected books if need be. Just want to make sure nothing else is messed up. Thanks much.
Hi @arkham0430 , we’ve just fixed this issue (or at least it looks like it).
Can you run the process again, with Replace on Series.
Then, refresh the page, and it should all be good!

Hello, I ran the process again(with Replace on Series) but there are still a handful of books that did not get fixed. It’s not that many so I think I just fix them manually. Thanks again for all your help.
I think those are not linked with Core, so indeed either using the Link screen or fixing them manually should do the trick just fine.
