I have recently noticed that some of my covers have disappeared on my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra phone. I have an old Samsung Galaxy A7 Tablet and the samething is happening on that too but not the same covers. I had a look at the Cloud version and everything is present and accounted for.
I considered clearing my local data base and use the function “Update all from the CLZ Cloud” but there is a warning on it not to use this option unless instructed to do so. I was not overly keen to do it anyway as I would need to do it twice and can’t imagine it will be a quick task.
I am sorry to hear you are having problems with the images in your CLZ app.
First, I still see all your images in your CLZ Cloud, so that’s good news!
Here’s how to resolve the problem on your app.
FIRST: Please open the Settings app on your Android device and navigate to the app list. Select the CLZ app and make sure the ‘storage’ permission is toggled ON.
THEN from the menu in your CLZ app, sync with CLZ Cloud to make sure all entries are up in your CLZ Cloud. > very important!!
Now, open the menu, tap Maintenance and then “Clear Database”.
Finally sync with CLZ Cloud to download the data and images again from the CLZ Cloud
Never heard that saying before - but this did happen during a past downsync, because of some code in our app, which we’re looking into fixing of course. In any case you’re up and running again!
