Inspector Lynley series 1 is missing the episode “Well Schooled in Murder”, which I believe should be S01E01, assuming that the two first episodes “A Great deliverance” are numbered E01 & E02. If the first two episodes are considered full members of series 01. the episode “Well Schooled in Murder” would be E03. I suppose this will depend on whether on not the two “A Great deliverance” episodes are considered a separate pilot episode or not. Your investigation and sorting of this would be appreciated.
