Hi @CLZ_Rowdy and thank you for your reply! I do understand that but, there are several other Horror/Sci-Fi yearbooks in Core now, including the 1994 version of this very one (listed as FantaCo’s 1994 Horror Yearbook in Core).
They do all have several full comic art pages scattered throughout too, which I think makes them at least as valid as the pin-up style art books in Core that have no stories at all either.
Anyway, thanks for reading and considering, and as always, I think you guys do an amazing job of dealing with it all!
