Hi there!
I have an issue I can’t really understand.
I have a collection of films, and then I have the cloud share link to share it to my friends.
In the collection I have a tab called “Njutafilms” (films from that distributor), and the collection is 401 films, but when I click the link for the cloud share it only shows 389.
Why is there a difference? All of it is set to Public.
Noticed there is a difference on some of my other tabs too.
There is no real way to have a setting to just show Adult movies.
For movies that are actual “porn” movies, that is what that “Adult” checkmark is for. But it seems “Curse of the Nun” got it by accident.
I might need to ask a colleague of mine to see if we can get a list of movies in YOUR database that are marked as “ADULT” so we can verify if they are really Adult movies, and remove the checkmark on our side.
So is there no way to have any “Adult” movies in my collection to show in the cloud link? I don’t have a lot, most are just parodies of other films like Dracula Sucks or Star Wars XXX, but it would be nice if they would show up if I shared the list with someone, even if it only showed the title, but not the cover or details.
We’ve discussed this internally here, and for now we’ve decided not to enable movies “marked as adult” to public cloud pages. My apologies.
For now, what you can do on Web yourself (when logged in), click the menu top left, then click Print to PDF. Add the columns you wish to share, you can also include a small thumbnail, and then print/download the PDF. Send the PDF to friends as you wish. The PDF will include the adult titles!
Might be easier to set the collection folder to just show Adult genre films (assuming that they are listed that way), then print that to PDF and send as an addendum to the main list.
You’d probably grab most by that way, so it is a good suggestion indeed.
But it could be that genre is not set to Adult - but the item is still hidden, as the Adult flag it is filtering on for public Cloud pages is an “internal” flag on our side.
