As you can see the number on the comic is not the same for the French variant but it’s a similar cover , full color, published by marvel

This isn’t a variant though. It’s an issue in the French series of The Incredible Hulk.
Rather than adding only one issue in an otherwise empty series I would advice you to manually add this to your local database instead.
